“I’ve always known about Jeremy and all that he does from his Youtube channel, Instagram, and slight collaborations with Randall P. Before contacting him, I initially went on a mini-bulk and cut cycle by myself without his help and it was fairly successful for what little knowledge I had at the time. It was then that I decided to bulk again but with the rush of school and work, the cutting phase actually never happened for me. In April of 2017, I found myself stuck at about 183lbs, struggling to make my own plan of attack. That is when I decided to contact Jeremy! Immediately, he reached out to me and we got to work, talk about accountability! He was on me from the moment I sent in his questionnaire. From there I started shredding the weight like it was nothing. He quickly made me a nutritional outline and updated my workouts regularly (be aware you have to remember to ask for the updates!). The difference from when I tried a bulk and cut phase alone versus working with an actual coach was VERY apparent. With his help, I was able to shred a little over 30lbs. in about 14 weeks and now my abs are finally back! Through the entire experience, I was able to gain a better grasp on what my body likes and dislikes, knowledge about TRUE nutrition, and most importantly a good friend! In this entire experience, what you put in is what you get out and communication is key but no matter what Jeremy will always be there every step of the way, even in times you doubt it for yourself! There was a brief time I felt uncomfortable about being “small,” but Jeremy just kept telling me to be calm and to trust the process. In the end I was happy listening to him, ended up hitting my goals and actually looking bigger due to my muscle definition. I will definitely be including Jeremy in my physique’s future! The only regret I have is not contacting Jeremy sooner!"

"I always felt I was good about getting myself to the gym and working out. I would go around 4 times a week, from lifting weights to running on the treadmill. However, there came a point in time where I plateaued. This is where Jeremy came in. He taught me that working out was half the battle. The second half was NUTRITION! The reason I contacted Jeremy was because I felt I wasn't doing something right. I'd go to the gym for months and I'd see very little change causing me to stop cold many times. Then when I started this 12 week course, Jeremy taught me about macros and how crucial they are to fitness! First weeks were hell getting adjusted to my diet but after a while it became normal. After a short while I saw the gains coming in day after day and I couldn't have been happier. "Before joining any fitness programs, I was frustrated with no results along with no motivation. One day, I was on Instagram and came across a page that caught my eye. "What's up guys! My name is Keven Iraheta from the San Francisco Bay Area region. I would go to the gym 4-5 days a week and I got some muscle, but I felt like there was a wall between myself and my fitness goals. That's when I was browsing Instagram and happened to see a photo of Jeremy. I clicked it and read his caption that said he was 5'7 and weighed 155lbs and was ripped! I'm 5'7, weighed 165 pounds and looked nothing compared to him. I realized he had a fitness program and I have never had a fitness coach, especially an online coach. "I came to Jeremy looking for one thing: knowledge. I’m sure most of us, before having a coach, would hit the weight room and eat in our own manner, a manner in which we hope will bring us serious gains. This is second-guessing ourselves. Before coming to Jeremy, I could never be 100% positive that my own nutritional and exercise plan would be optimal. Now that I have been with Jeremy, I discovered that he had all the answers to all my second-guessing doubts. "I first saw Jeremy on Instagram and instantly I imagined myself that if this bro can do it, I can do it also. So, I emailed him right away to get information on what kinds of food I should eat. From there on, Jeremy gave me a very detailed specific work out plan that fits my schedule. Every week, he contacts me to make sure I was on the right track. He suggested different apps that can help me track my macros and exercises (such as Myfitnesspal and Repcount). His consistent follow up weekly got me so excited and motivated all the time. "My plan went extremely well. My main goal was to gain overall strength, tone up and develop a healthy diet, and I felt that my goals were met within the three months that I trained with Jeremy. It’s been three months since I last trained with him and I am still able to maintain these goals to this day. I really liked how flexible the plan was. When I first started, Jeremy put me on a LCHF diet in order to trim fat. Although I saw positive results from this diet on a physical standpoint, I felt that it was affecting me mentally by making me feel tired, sluggish and unenthusiastic. When I spoke to Jeremy about this, he quickly adjusted my diet plan to allow for more carbs while limiting my calories in order to maintain my aesthetics. This plan worked very well for me both physically and mentally and I am truly grateful that Jeremy took the time to carefully adjust my plan to suit my needs and interests. I absolutely loved how understanding and accommodating Jeremy was as a coach. It was extremely easy to communicate with him because he was just so friendly, funny, and helpful and I could tell that he had my best interest in mind. Jeremy was an exceptional online coach. Although he wasn’t physically around during my workouts I always kept him in the loop with my progress which made our communication feel less virtual than it really was. Whenever I had a question about weightlifting, such as proper form or adjusting my workout routine with different exercises, he was always quick to reply back and offered great advice. He also took the time to adjust the original diet plan that he gave me in order to make it more sustainable. I can’t thank him enough for introducing me to weightlifting, which is still a regular part of my workout routine, and teaching me how to maintain a diet plan based on macros, which has done wonders for my aesthetics and energy level. Jeremy’s constant and continued support even after I finished my three month plan with him shows that he goes above and beyond for his clients. My online coaching experience with Jeremy was great. I’m actually quite surprised that I got such amazing results from online coaching. I was able to increase upper body strength, tone my lower body and I even got abs, which I am still able to maintain today! Aside from these accomplishments based on my physical attributes, I also gained a lot of self-efficacy to maintain a healthy lifestyle based on regular exercise (including lifting heavy, which I never would have done before due to the fear of bulking) and a well-balanced diet. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to others who are looking for a coach. I honestly believe that anyone can benefit from Jeremy’s coaching.
